HOME VISIT
We offer free appointments in the comfort of your own home so we can take full measurements, assess the room and really understand your requirements in terms of design, style and budget.
We will try to fit around you as much as possible when it comes to arranging appointments. We might be able to offer an early morning or evening appointment depending on availability.
These home visits allow us to take full measurements of the space and assess the site in terms of plumbing and other fitting considerations.
We can also get a feeling for your requirements in terms of style and budget. This will help us put together a bathroom design and quote that reflects your wishes.
DESIGN PRESENTATION AND SHOWROOM APPOINTMENT
A follow-up appointment is arranged a few days later for you to see the design and make any amendments that are needed.
We invite you to come into our Chesham showroom where you can see the design and browse the brochures, samples and ranges on offer.
We use a CAD system to draw up the designs and to help you see your room come to life in 3D!
Once you’re happy with the bathroom design then we can put together a detailed written quote for your consideration.
We’ll leave this with you so that you can review the quote without pressure. However, we do follow these up with you to help answer any queries you might have.
COST
Our quotes and designs are free but there is a nominal charge if you’d like to take detailed plans away with you.
This charge is fully refundable if you decide to proceed.
LEAD TIMES
If you confirm you would like to proceed with your quote then we will book you in. We can normally start works within 6-8 weeks depending upon stock availability and delivery schedules but if you have a specific timescale in mind, please let us know and we can try to work with you on this.
If you require supply only, please contact us for lead times as these will vary considerably.
REFERENCES AND GUARANTEES
Our after sales service is extremely important to us as we want you to be happy with the finished space!
All our installation jobs come with a 12 month guarantee and products come with their own manufacturer guarantees.
We can provide references as we understand it’s difficult to choose a company to work with you that you can trust and rely on.
